I don’t remember how or when I came across this quote from Howard Thurman, I just remember the impact it had on me. I wanted to be doing what would make me come alive and I didn’t want to wait until the time was "right" or made sense to the rest of the world. I took the steps to create my own path and follow my own north star. One of those steps was to pursue training and become a certified coach so that I can help others achieve their goals.
Here is one of the realities of coaching - I don’t have the answers, but you do.
